Description
The City of St. Augustine is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Emergency Debris Monitoring and Grant Consulting Services on an as-needed basis following declared emergencies or disaster events. The services include field monitoring, load ticket management, debris site monitoring, contractor invoice reconciliation, data management, progress reporting, FEMA Public Assistance documentation, grant administration support, and coordination with federal, state, and local agencies. The goal is to ensure rapid mobilization to support debris removal, proper documentation, eligibility, and compliance with FEMA and other funding guidelines. The City has previously used such services after major storms including Hurricanes Irma, Dorian, Ian, and Nicole, and aims to maintain these services under contract for future events.
