The McAllen Public Utilities is soliciting Statements of Qualifications for professional consulting services to support water and wastewater related systems. The projects include assessments and design studies for wastewater treatment plant structures and water treatment plant disinfection feasibility. The City reserves the right to reject any or all responses and to accept the proposal considered most advantageous.
