Page 1 of 3 The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6, intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Four Points Technology, LLC to Durham VAMC through NASA SEWP. The Durham VA Health 508 Fulton St, Durham, NC has a need for Philips Monitoring System. Justification for this sole source procurement is in accordance with RFO 12.201-1.

Scope of work The Wake County VA Outpatient Clinic, 2700 Benson Road, Garner, NC 27529, has a requirement for additional patient monitoring system, transport monitor and variable height & pivot monitor mount/arms. The patient monitoring system and transport monitors are required for patients in the endoscopy department during the pre-operative, during procedures, and post-operative stages.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any business that believes it can meet these requirements and possesses relevant past experience and expertise may give written notice. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement. Responses will be considered by the Government, however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
