US Coast Guard On-Call Helicopter Services for Remote Alaska Operations

The U.S. Coast Guard is seeking on-call helicopter transportation services to support operations in remote areas of Alaska. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Coast Guard - Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber and Intelligence Service Center (C5ISC) - Remote Mission Systems (RMS) Alaska Detachment - Services Requested: - Helicopter transportation for personnel, equipment, and supplies - Service areas: Kodiak, Anchorage, Valdez, North Southeast, and South Southeast Alaska - Flight and standby/wait time services, billed hourly - Requirements: - Commercially rated helicopters and qualified pilots - FAA Part 135 and 133 certifications - DoD CARB or DOI OAS safety approval - DOT-SP HAZMAT permit for hazardous materials - Compliance with federal safety and operational regulations - Response within 24 hours, Monday-Friday, 0800-1600 AST (excluding federal holidays) - Contract Structure: - Time and Materials contract - Lowest Price Technically Acceptable award basis - Base period plus four one-year options and a 6-month extension - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; service providers must meet all regulatory and safety requirements.

Description

The purpose is to obtain “call when needed” helicopter services for the transportation of personnel, equipment and supplies from predetermined points (airports or helicopter staging areas) to locations within a defined geographic area outlined in the Areas of Responsibility Appendix A to include remote locations Kodiak, Anchorage, Valdez, North Southeast and South Southeast.
