(sole source distributor for HAAS equipment) - Products/Equipment Requested: - HAAS Desktop Lathe (1 unit) - Features: 3-jaw chuck, 0.75 in max cutting diameter, 3000 rpm spindle, 6 turret tool stations, NRTL certified - Includes: HAAS controller, visual programming system, tooling starter kit (part #08-1848), operation/maintenance manuals, technical data package, warranty documentation - HAAS Desktop Mill (1 unit) - Features: 6" x 10" x 3" travel, 15,000 rpm spindle, ER11 collet, NRTL certified - Includes: HAAS controller, CNC pen holder option, desktop software package, tooling starter kit (part #08-1762), operation/maintenance manuals, technical data package, warranty documentation - Documentation and Data Requirements: - Two hard copies each of operation, maintenance, and repair manuals (COTS), technical data packages with NRTL certification, and warranty performance reports for both lathe and mill - Manuals must be in English, imperial units, and include schematics, wiring diagrams, and recommended spare parts lists - Services Requested: - Turnkey setup, operational testing, and training for both machines - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All equipment must be OSHA compliant and certified by a Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL) - Warranty coverage for at least one year or the manufacturer's standard, whichever is longer - Equipment must be compatible with existing HAAS controllers in use at the facility - Strict supply chain traceability, security, and safeguarding requirements - Delivery and full operational setup required within 90 days of award (or by specified delivery date) - Compliance with NIST SP 800-171 for non-COTS items

To be considered for award, if the contractor (awardee) is required to implement NIST SP 800-171, the contractor (awardee) shall have a current assessment as detailed in DFARS 252.204-7019 (I.E., not more than 3 years old unless a lesser time is specified in the solicitation)

Items deemed to be Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) are exempt from NIST SP 800-171 requirement.  Must identify and provide information to contracting officer on bid during solicitation period
