The United States Air Force is seeking industry input for restoring and sustaining six King Air 350 ISR aircraft in Iraq. - Government Buyer: - United States Air Force (USAF) - Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), ISR Sensors office (FA8691) - Aircraft/Platform: - Six King Air 350 aircraft with Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - King Air 350 is manufactured by Textron Aviation (Beechcraft) - Products/Services Requested: - Return to Service (RTS) for six King Air 350 ISR aircraft - Includes comprehensive physical, structural, and avionics assessments - Heavy maintenance, structural repairs, and engine overhauls - Airworthiness certification - Lifecycle sustainment support for up to five years - Supply chain management and logistics - Obsolescence management - Field service representatives and engineering support on-site in Iraq - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Aircraft have been grounded since 2022 with approximately 10,000 flight hours each - Services must be performed OCONUS (on-site in Iraq) - Emphasis on innovative, efficient, and cost-effective solutions for both restoration and ongoing sustainment - Support includes both technical and logistical aspects to maintain operational readiness

Description

USAF is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to conduct market research and identify potential industry partners capable of providing for the Return to Service (RTS) of six (6) Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR)-capable King Air 350s and lifecycle sustainment support. Aircraft are in the country of Iraq.

The Government seeks innovative, efficient, and cost-effective solutions to return six (6) King Air 350 aircraft to full flight and mission capability, and to ensure their operational readiness throughout their remaining lifecycle.
