Description
The City of Garland is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to perform chipping, mulching, and cutting of vegetative debris within the Spring Creek Forested Area. The work supports debris remediation and restoration efforts to improve access, reduce accumulated debris, and restore the natural character of the forested corridor. The selected contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to perform haul-off of unnatural debris and chipping and mulching of eligible vegetative debris. The project requires use of low-impact equipment suitable for forested conditions and adherence to environmental and access constraints to protect the sensitive natural area.
