This opportunity seeks a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive pest control services at Hidden Dam, Hensley Lake in Raymond, California for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Sacramento District. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Sacramento District (ENDIST SACRAMENTO) - KO Contracting Division - Scope of Services: - Annual Ground Squirrel and Pocket Gopher Abatement (1 service per year, each spanning 12 weeks) - Monthly Mouse, Rat, and Insect Abatement (12 services per year) - Targets mice, rats, ants, spiders, wasps, earwigs, crickets, roaches, and silverfish - Prioritizes non-chemical traps indoors - Period of Performance: - 12-month base year plus four 12-month option years (total up to 5 years) - Routine services performed Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays - Requirements: - Contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, and reporting - Must hold a California Department of Pesticide Regulation Qualified Applicator License and a valid California Pest Control Business License - Compliance with environmental and safety regulations is mandatory - Detailed reporting and quality control required - Voluntary site visit encouraged for offerors - No specific OEMs, products, or equipment brands are specified; the procurement is for services only.

Description

Site Visit:

A site visit will be conducted on August 11, 2026 at 0900 am PDT.. Interested offerors shall meet at Hidden Dam, Hensley Lake Project Office, 25207 Road 407, Raymond, CA 93653. Point of Contact for Site Visit is Douglas Plitt, (559) 831-7021. The purpose of the site visit is to familiarize offerors with the locations and conditions affecting contract performance. Offerors are responsible for all costs associated with attending the site visit. Failure to attend the site visit will not relieve the Contractor from performing all requirements of the contract.

All questions for this solicitation must be submitted in writing, via email, to the POC’s listed below. 

All questions must be submitted 10 days prior to the quote due date. Friday, August 14, 2026, at 11:00AM is the cut off for questions to be accepted.  No additional questions will be accepted after this date.
