The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP), FDC Philadelphia, is seeking vendors to supply and deliver powerhouse chilled water, hot water, and check valves for facility valve replacement. - Government Buyer: - United States Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons, FDC Philadelphia - Products Requested: - Multiple types and sizes of valves, including: - 300-Series, 200-Series, and 250-Series valves (4", 6", 8", and 10" diameters) - Fasani bolted-bonnet chain valves (6") - Check valves (4", 6", 8", and 10") - All necessary materials for valve replacement - Quantities: - 2 x 4" 300-Series valves - 3 x 6" 300-Series valves - 2 x 6" Fasani bolted-bonnet chain valves - 4 x 10" 300-Series valves - 4 x 10" 200-Series valves - 5 x 10" 250-Series valves - 2 x 4" check valves - 3 x 6" check valves - 2 x 8" check valves - 5 x 10" check valves - Notable Requirements: - All valves must meet or exceed ANSI, ASME, and API standards - 5-year warranty required on all valves - Vendors may propose equivalent products but must provide full technical specifications for approval - Compliance with all Federal, State, and Local building codes is mandatory - Delivery restricted to weekdays during specified hours with security protocols - No specific OEMs or part numbers are named; vendors may propose products meeting the stated standards

Description

1. The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP), FDC Philadelphia, intends to solicit the purchase and delivery of powerhouse chilled water, hot water, and check valves. 2. Supply vendor must comply with all applicable Federal, State and Local building codes and regulations. This contract is located at the Federal Detention Center (FDC) - Philadelphia, located at 700 Arch St, PA 19106. 3. All equipment specified in this statement must be equal or better product. Should your company choose to submit an equal product, you must submit all technical specifications of the equal product for review and determination shall be issued with acceptance or non-acceptance. The government retains the right to determine technical acceptance for all submitted equal products. This solicitation is a supply only.
