This notice concerns a sole-source extension for high-speed internet service at the War Media Activity-Riverside facility: - The Department of Defense's War Media Activity-Riverside is procuring a six-month extension of 10 Gb/s Ethernet Internet Access service. - Service includes a vendor-provided Gigabit Router and a /25 subnet (128 public IP addresses). - Frontier California, Inc. is the sole-source provider due to its unique fiber infrastructure at the facility. - The service is critical for supporting the American Forces Network broadcast mission, requiring 99.99% availability. - Period of performance is from September 1, 2026, to February 28, 2027. - No further extensions are planned as the facility is scheduled to close in 2027. - No competitive proposals are being solicited; this is a justified sole-source procurement. - No additional products or services are included beyond the internet access and router.
