1. Purpose & Scope

The purpose of this acquisition is to procure exactly three (3) brand new, commercial-grade emergency medical transport vehicles for the Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) Yazoo City, Mississippi. These specialized vehicles will replace inoperable equipment that is beyond economical repair. They will serve as the primary institutional transport mechanism to safely, rapidly, and efficiently move sick, injured, or distressed inmates and staff from various outdoor locations on the compound directly to the Health Services Department for emergency medical treatment.
