Description

The City of Murfreesboro requests Letters of Interest from TDOT pre-qualified engineering firms for the Cherry Lane Phase 3B Interchange Project. The project includes construction of a grade-separated interchange, ramps, bridge, retaining walls, drainage, utilities, signing, pavement markings, traffic control, erosion prevention, and related improvements. The selected firm will provide project management, construction inspection, materials testing, documentation, and coordination with stakeholders. Firms must be on TDOT's pre-approved list or have completed pre-qualification with unlimited status. Submittals are due by August 18, 2026, at 2:00 pm Central Time.
