NIST's Materials Measurement Laboratory is seeking to procure an advanced Ultra-High Pressure Liquid Chromatography Quadrupole Time of Flight Mass Spectrometer (LC-QTOF) system for its Surface and Trace Chemical Analysis Group. - Government Buyer: - National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), Materials Measurement Laboratory, Surface and Trace Chemical Analysis Group - OEMs and Vendors: - Bruker is specified as the reference OEM (Bruker Elute UHPLC and Bruker Compact QTOF), but equivalent systems from other manufacturers are acceptable - Products/Services Requested: - One (1) Ultra-High Pressure Liquid Chromatography Quadrupole Time of Flight Mass Spectrometry System (UHPLC-QTOF), including: - UHPLC system - QTOF mass spectrometer - Electrospray ionization source - PC-based data system with instrument control, data acquisition, and analysis software - Compatible computer system - Installation service: uncrating, setup, hook-up, start-up, demonstration of specifications, and removal of packaging - Training service: on-site training for up to three personnel on use, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance - One-year warranty starting upon formal acceptance - Unique/Notable Requirements: - System must be brand name (Bruker) or equal, allowing for equivalent products - Delivery required within 60 days after award; installation and training within 10 days after delivery - Delivery is FOB Destination to NIST Gaithersburg, MD - Warranty period is a minimum of one year after acceptance
