Location: Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Southern Nevada Healthcare System (VASNHCS).

Notice Details:

The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole-source contract with Technical Safety Services (TSS) LLC under the authority of FAR 13.106-l(b). This requirement is un-der the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT).

This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. It is a notice of the government's in-tent to execute a non-competitive action.

However, any responsible source that believes it can satisfy this requirement may submit a capability statement.

Submission Instructions:

Interested firms must submit a capability statement via email to robert.clark4@va.gov no later than August 5, 2026, at 12:00 PM EST. Submissions must in-clude proof of authorization to provide these specific [goods/services] and your firm's Unique Entity ID (UEI).

A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
