The Metropolitan Utilities District is soliciting sealed bids for the Hills of Aspen Creek Phase 2B project covering Lots 308-331, 354-363, and 377-473 located northwest of S. 180th St. & Palisades Dr. The procurement includes furnishing all supplies, materials, equipment, labor, and superintendence necessary for the project. Bids must be submitted electronically through the District’s ProcureWare website by July 16, 2024, at 2:00 PM. The bid opening will be held publicly in the Operating Center Lobby Conference Room and via teleconference. Bidders must comply with the Nebraska Foreign Adversary Contracting Prohibition Act.
