This opportunity is for the repair and maintenance of QUANTAR Receiver Radios for the United States Coast Guard (USCG) Surface Forces Logistics Center. - Government Buyer: - United States Coast Guard (USCG), Surface Forces Logistics Center - OEM Highlight: - The radios are identified by Manufacturer Part Number T5367A and NSN 5820-01-621-7354, which are associated with Motorola Solutions (the original manufacturer of QUANTAR radios) - Products/Services Requested: - Open, inspect, and report (OIR) services for 4 QUANTAR Receiver Radios - Repair services for up to 4 QUANTAR Receiver Radios, contingent on inspection results - All repairs must meet OEM (Motorola) specifications - Units must be cleaned, tested, painted, and packaged with barcode markings per military standards - Reporting requirements include submission of Beyond Economical Repair (BER) forms and Open Inspect Reports (OIR) - Notable Requirements: - Repairs must be performed to OEM standards - Early and partial deliveries are permitted - All units must be returned FOB Destination to the USCG SFLC Warehouse in Baltimore, MD - Detailed documentation and reporting to the Contracting Officer and COR are required

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Class Deviation (Number 25-21). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number 2126406B4200RR003 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the United States Coast Guard (USCG)’s requirement for quantity four (4) units of Open, Inspect, and Report (OIR) & Repair of QUANTAR RECEIVER, RADIO, NSN: 5820-01-621-7354, MFG Part Number: T5367A.
