NATO RFI for Leadership Development Programs and Solutions

NATO's Communications and Information Agency (NCIA) is seeking industry input for a large-scale leadership development initiative: - NCIA has released a Request for Information (RFI 07509) to identify qualified partners for leadership development programs - The goal is to modernize, review, and deliver scalable leadership solutions for approximately 3,208 leaders and contributors - Target audience includes executives, senior, mid-level, and first-line leaders - Solutions should support organizational transformation, culture change, and leadership effectiveness - Programs must use blended learning methods (workshops, virtual sessions, coaching, etc.) and align with NCIA's values and future operating model - Providers are expected to manage, deliver, and evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of the programs - The contract period is five years: one-year base plus up to four one-year option periods - No specific OEMs, products, or part numbers are named; focus is on service expertise and innovative approaches - Responses are for market research and planning, not a formal solicitation for bids or proposals - Commercial providers of leadership development solutions are encouraged to respond

The NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCIA) has issued a Request for Information (RFI) to identify qualified leadership development partners and gather input on innovative and practical solutions that strengthen leadership capability across all leadership levels and enable organizational transformation and culture change. To support this effort, NCIA is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) to solicit feedback from capable and interested industry partners.

This RFI is issued for planning and market research purposes only and does not constitute a request for bids or proposals. It forms part of NCIA's efforts to better understand the marketplace, available leadership development capabilities, and potential acquisition approaches to inform any future procurement.

NCIA values your insight and invites you to 1) share relevant corporate capabilities and experience; 2) review and comment on its draft requirements with a view in providing recommendations for improving performance outcomes, competition, and efficiency; and 3) identify any risks or concerns that should be considered during planning.

Do NOT submit your RFI response to the Department of Commerce. Submission instructions and additional details can be found in the RFI (attached).
