1. REQUIREMENT OVERVIEW
ACC-APG, Tobyhanna Division is conducting market research to identify qualified sources (Small Business and Large Business) capable of providing scheduled preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency on-call repair services for forty (40) 400 Hz cycle converters at Tobyhanna Army Depot (TYAD). Refer to the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) for detailed technical requirements.
Anticipated Acquisition Strategy: Single-Award Hybrid Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) for Preventative Maintenance and Time & Materials (T&M) for Emergency Repairs. Set-Aside Decision: Results will determine whether this requirement will be set aside for Small Business (all categories) or solicited under Full and Open Competition.
