NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veteran Healthcare System of the Ozarks (VHSO), intends to award a sole source contract to ScriptPro USA, Inc. for the purchase, installation, and integration of visual tablet/capsule counting devices and interface for pharmacy operations at the Fayetteville VHSO Pharmacy and the Springfield CBOC. VHSO requires counting devices that fully integrate with the existing ScriptPro Central Workflow system and proprietary dispensing equipment. Only ScriptPro is capable of providing equipment and software interfaces that meet the Government s interoperability and performance requirements. The contractor must be authorized to interface with ScriptPro s proprietary software and systems. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested parties who believe they can meet the Government s requirements must provide clear evidence of authorized capability to integrate with ScriptPro systems.
