REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS (RFQ)Purchase and Delivery of Hydrogen Gas to the NWS, WFO in Jackson, MS.1. Solicitation number 1305M326Q0367 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), for Purchase and Delivery of Hydrogen Gas to the National Weather Service (NWS), Weather Forecast Office (WFO) in Jackson, MS.Purchase and Delivery of Hydrogen Gas in accordance with the Statement of Need. See attached Statement of Need which applies to Base Year and all Option Years 1 – 4.A complete description of requirements for the items to be acquired, including documentation supporting any brand name descriptions or technical data, can be found in the SF18.2. This is a request for quotations (RFQ) for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.The Government intends to award a low priced, technically acceptable, single firm fixed-price purchaseorder on an all or none basis with payment terms of Net 30.3. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, bid, or proposal, as appropriate, which will be considered by the agency.THE GOVERNMENT DOES NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR NON-RECEIPT OF QUOTES. IT IS THE CONTRACTOR’S RESPONSIBILITY TO REQUEST AND RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION OF THE QUOTE RECEIPT.Per NOAA Deviation 2025-02/03: System updates may lag policy updates.
