Must include features such as through-hubexhaust, pull-start ignition, tiller-handle throttle control, rapid dewatering capability, rapidpost-submersion operability. Engine must have an EPA 3 star on gasoline or higher.Engines must be brand new and domestically manufactured and actively managed in theDLA Federal logistics system under an established National Stock Number (NSN). Essential consumables and service accessories required to supportengine break-in, fuel preparation, flushing, corrosion prevention, and long-term storage ofthe boat motor. Kit must include a 10-foot fuel line assembly with primer bulb, XD10-oil,universal motor flusher, fogging oil, and Salt-Away corrosion-removal concentrate withmixing unit. This kit must support the fuel-mixing, flushing, and storage practicesprescribed in the owner?s manual and helps maintain readiness and service life.
