Description
The Department of Buildings is seeking a vendor to clean, dispose, index, restore, and transport at least 10,000 cubic feet of various types of records. The project includes goals for participation by Minority and Women Owned Enterprise (M/WBE) as required by Local Law 1 of 2013. The work location is 280 Broadway, New York, NY 10007. The contract is anticipated to start on December 1, 2026, and end on November 30, 2027.
