Clark Public Utilities is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms to provide bid-ready plans and specifications for the construction of a new well at the Carol J. Curtis Wellfield (CJC). This new well will be the first phase in a long-term supply build-out to meet future water demands and enhance system resiliency. The project involves well siting, drilling methodology, preparation of technical specifications, and field inspection related to the new municipal well source.
