Description

Construction to upgrade electrical and HVAC components, near Building 191000 classrooms. This solicitation will be awarded in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services procedures. Your attention is directed to Section L and M for site visit information, quote preparation instructions, and evaluation criteria for award in the solicitation. Offerors are responsible for reviewing the entirety of the solicitation, attachments, and submitting quotes no later than the date/time specified. Offeror's quotes and all associated documents called forth in the solicitation shall be submitted through the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation Module. Quotes and all associated documents received outside the PIEE Solicitation Module will not be accepted by the U.S. Government and will be ignored.
