The City of Wilmington is seeking a qualified Design Consultant to lead the development of the new Greenville Loop Road Park, a 25-acre site near Bradley Creek Elementary School. - Government Buyer: - City of Wilmington, Finance Purchasing Division - Contact: Daryle L.
