Description

Hancock County is requesting proposals from qualified firms and individuals for professional engineering services related to the Harbor Drive Boat Launch project. The project is funded at least partially through Gulf of Mexico Energy Security Act (GOMESA) funds or other federal funds. Proposals will be evaluated based on knowledge and experience with federal projects, familiarity with regulatory frameworks, technical competence, and past performance. The county reserves the right to negotiate terms and reject any or all proposals. Proposals must be submitted to Jimmie Ladner, County Administrator, by August 17, 2026, at 10:00 AM.
