Description

The City of Hartford is seeking proposals from qualified architectural firms to provide schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration services for the Neighborhood Streetscape Project. The selected firm will be responsible for coordination with the City of Hartford, business owners, and the Construction Manager.
