This solicitation is for professional architectural, engineering, technology planning, and design services for the City of Orange Township's proposed Emergency Operations Center project at Orange Police Headquarters. The selected firm will evaluate two possible site options within the Police Headquarters, verify existing conditions, prepare a comparative feasibility analysis, develop concept alternatives and cost estimates, recommend the preferred site and scope, and prepare final design and procurement documents upon City authorization.
