Description
This Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) seeks to qualify contractors to provide invasive plant pest management and mitigation services, including removal of pest host material and treatment of host plants with approved pesticides. The work is primarily directed by the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture but is available to all Commonwealth agencies.
