San Juan County, Utah is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide professional Geographic Information System (GIS), cadastral mapping, and parcel fabric development services for the redevelopment and remapping of the county's digital parcel map system. The project aims to improve parcel accuracy, standardization, maintainability, and long-term GIS functionality by building a highly accurate countywide parcel fabric from source legal documents, surveys, plats, deeds, and Public Land Survey System (PLSS) control. The scope includes project planning, PLSS redevelopment, parcel fabric development, enterprise GIS deployment, interim deliverables, review, and training for county staff. Approximately 9,000 parcels may require redevelopment, and the project deliverables include an accurate ArcGIS Pro Parcel Fabric geodatabase, updated PLSS framework, parcel topology, rights-of-way and subdivision layers, metadata, QA/QC documentation, training materials, and a final project report.
