This RFP is issued by the State of Utah Division of Purchasing and conducted by the State of Utah Division of Wildlife Resources. The contract is for professional services focused on the assessment, quantification, enhancement, and monitoring of wildlife habitats, and verification and transactions of natural capital assets on state Wildlife Management Areas (WMA’s). The contractor will also promote qualified natural capital assets to generate additional financial resources for continued WMA management activities and improvements. The contract length is 10 years with two 10-year renewal options, and pricing must be guaranteed for the term of the contract.
