This TRFP is solicited by the State of Rhode Island Department of Administration (RIDOA)/Division of Purchases on behalf of the Rhode Island Department of Transportation (RIDOT) Planning Division Office of Transit and Capital Planning, to acquire on call transit planning consultant services. The respondent shall perform planning, design-level analyses and investigations to increase ridership; develop and implement faster and more frequent transit services; and foster transit-supportive economic development along Rhode Island’s rapid transit network, including rail, ferry, and fixed-route bus routes.
