The Université du Québec à Chicoutimi (UQAC) is seeking a 24/7 security service to maintain peace and order on campus, protect persons and property, and prevent safety-compromising events. The security activities include maintaining order, crime prevention and intervention, fire safety, investigations, surveillance, emergency response, first aid, access control, enforcement of laws and policies, parking management, security awareness, and customer service. The contract duration is estimated to be 36 months. The procurement is conducted under the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA).
