Description

This invitational solicitation is for the addition of mechanical cooling to common areas of two buildings, Hall Tower 1 and Hall Tower 2, located in Burnaby, BC. The scope includes installation of new heat pump outdoor units on the roof, indoor units in corridors, refrigerant and condensate lines with new risers and pumps, replacement of existing units serving the ground level lounge, and control system updates.
