Spangdahlem Building 19 A/V and VTC Modernization for Multi-Network Secure Operations

The U.S. Air Force 52nd Contracting Squadron at Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany, is preparing to modernize Audio Visual (A/V) and Video Teleconferencing (VTC) systems in Building 19, impacting the Wing Operations Center (WOC), Crisis Action Team (CAT), and Emergency Operations Center (EOC). - Project scope includes: - Complete replacement and modernization of A/V and VTC infrastructure - Hardware, software, integration, and installation supporting five independent secure networks (NIPRNet, SIPRNet, ACBN, and two future networks) - Multi-domain VTC and secure BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) capabilities - Key technical requirements: - NIAP Protection Profile v4.0 certified Dual-Head Secure KVMs - Multi-Viewer Processors - Dedicated hardware CODECs for VTC on NIPR, SIPR, and ACBN - TEMPEST/EMSEC compliance and RED/BLACK separation for security - Compliance with DAFMAN 10-207 and AFI 10-2501 - Services required: - Phased installation and integration to minimize disruption to 24/7 operations - Coordination with concurrent ISP cabling contractor - Quality assurance, system acceptance testing, and formal O&M training for operators and administrators - No specific OEMs, vendors, part numbers, or quantities are named in the documentation - Unique requirements include multi-network support, high-assurance security certifications, and formalized training with documentation

Description

The purpose of this site visit is to receive feedback and adress questions on the project to replace and modernize the outdated Audio Visual (A/V) and Video Teleconferencing (VTC) equipment within the Primary Wing Operations Center (WOC), Crisis Action Team (CAT), and Emergency Operations Center (EOC) facilities located in Building 19.
