Description
THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS NOR QUATATIONS.
The Government intends to solicit this requirement directly from suppliers IAW RFO FAR 12.201-1(c)(2) for firm-fixed price contract to purchase Church Organ for USAG Japan Religious Support Office.
The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, and any other items or services necessary to install an organ and speakers and connect not limited to wiring work, power connection, mechanical assembly and audio adjustment. Two pairs of wall-mounted speakers shall be replaced with new units, and the existing speakers shall be reused and connected for the organ. The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, management tools, equipment, transportation, materials, and any other items or services necessary to disconnect the wall-mounted speakers from all wiring and power connections. Any damages caused to U.S. Government property during performing this contract shall be restored, replaced and/or repaired to its original condition at no additional cost to the U.S. Government. The contractor shall perform a test playing and sound adjustment to ensure all units functioning properly. The contractor shall provide briefing sessions, at the proper date and time, to demonstrate the usage of the installed organ and speakers. The contractor shall perform in accordance with (IAW) Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Note 1: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must have valid licenses to meet the requirement in the country of Japan. Offerors must have a Japanese CAGE code.
