The U.S. Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM), under the Marine Corps Training & Education Command and Program Manager Training Systems (PM TRASYS), is soliciting support services for the Marine-Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF) Staff Training Program (MSTP). - Buyer: U.S. Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM), Marine Corps Training & Education Command, PM TRASYS - No specific OEMs or commercial vendors are named in the solicitation - Services requested: - Comprehensive support for the MSTP across seven functional areas: - Exercise Design - MAGTF Analytics - Modeling and Simulation - Documentation - Security - Command and Control/Information Management/Knowledge Management (C2/IM/KM) - Communications and Information Systems - Services must be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and its attachments - Includes mobilization, travel, and other direct costs as part of the contract - Notable requirements: - Contract includes a base period of 11 months, multiple 12-month option periods, and a final 6-month option period - Restricted to Small Business SeaPort-NxG Multiple Award Contract (MAC) holders - Both firm fixed-price and cost no fee line items are included - No specific products, part numbers, or OEM solutions are identified in the requirements

This opportunity is for Small Business SEAPORT-NxG MAC HOLDERS ONLY. No other offers will be considered. Proposals submitted by non-MAC holders will not be evaluated.

This requirement is to procure support services for the Marine-Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF) Staff Training Program (MSTP) established by Marine Corps Order (MCO) 1500.53B. These support services will enable MSTP to fulfill their mission to provide training in MAGTF operations across the range of military operations, within the context of a Joint and/or Combined Task Force environment, to improve the warfighting skills of senior commanders and their staffs. Services will include support to seven functional areas of MSTP: 1) Exercise Design, 2) MAGTF Analytics, 3) Modeling and Simulation, 4) Documentation, 5) Security, 6) Command and Control / Information Management/ Knowledge Management, and 7) Communications and Information Systems. Requirements shall be performed in accordance with Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Attachment 2 - PWS Part 5 in Section J.
