This opportunity is for the provision of Adult Sports Official services at Travis Air Force Base, CA, managed by the 60th Contracting Squadron and Force Support Squadron under the U.S. Air Force. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 60th Contracting Squadron, Travis Air Force Base - Fitness Center / Youth Sports Center - Scope of Services: - Officiating, scorekeeping, and timing for adult intramural and championship games in flag football, soccer, softball, basketball, and volleyball - Conducting sports clinics (in-person or virtual) for officials prior to each sport season - Managing game operations, enforcing Air Force safety and conduct standards, and attending required training clinics - Service Line Items & Quantities: - Flag Football: Intramural (2 refs, 9 games), Championships/Varsity (3 refs, 0 games), Sports Day/Base Wide (1 ref, 15 sessions) - Soccer: Intramural (3 refs, 43 games), Championships/Varsity (3 refs, 5 games), Sports Day/Base Wide (1 ref, 15 sessions) - Softball: Intramural (1 umpire, 1 scorer/timer, 18 games), Championships/Varsity (2 umpires, 1 scorer/timer, 5 games), Sports Day/Base Wide (1 ref, 15 sessions) - Basketball: Intramural (2 refs, 1 scorer/timer, 0 games), Championships/Varsity (3 refs, 1 scorer/timer, 0 games), Sports Day/Base Wide (1 ref, 15 sessions) - Volleyball: Intramural (1 ref, 1 scorer, 0 games), Championships/Varsity (2 refs, 1 scorer, 0 games), Sports Day/Base Wide (1 ref, 15 sessions) - Sports Clinics: Provided at least one week prior to each sport season (5 per option year, 2 for 6-month extension) - Period of Performance: - Base year plus four option years, with a possible 6-month extension - Unique Requirements: - Officials must comply with Air Force safety and conduct standards - Government provides facilities, equipment, and schedules - 100% small business set-aside; firm fixed price contract - No OEMs or product purchases are involved; this is strictly a service procurement.

The 60th Force Support Squadron has a requirement for Adult Sports Official services for various sports in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).  Please see all attachments for details.
