DLA Maritime - Pearl Harbor is seeking quotes for a specialized hose assembly to support operations at the Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard. - Government Buyer: - Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), DLA Maritime - Pearl Harbor, Competitive Sourcing Division (DLA-HMD) - OEMs and Vendors: - Goodyear (manufacturer of Spiraflex hose) - Dixon (manufacturer of 300-EAL and 300-C-AL fittings) - Products/Services Requested: - 60 units of 3" x 25' Hose Assembly, vacuum rated to 1600, green - Goodyear Spiraflex 3" x 25' hose or equivalent - Dixon 300-EAL fitting on one end, Dixon 300-C-AL fitting on the other, or equivalent - All hoses must be crimped - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Strict supply chain traceability and product verification testing required - Firm fixed price contract - Delivery to Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard - Evaluation based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA)

Evaluation criteria is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). PPIRS will be used to determine vendor responsibility.  Potential contractors will be screened for responsibility in accordance with FAR 9.104.
