The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Maritime - Pearl Harbor is seeking offers for a specialized hose assembly for use at the Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard. - Government Buyer: - Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), DLA Maritime - Pearl Harbor, Competitive Sourcing Division (DLA-HMD) - OEMs and Vendors: - Goodyear (manufacturer of Spiraflex hose) - Dixon (manufacturer of hose fittings) - Equivalent products from other manufacturers are acceptable - Products/Services Requested: - 60 units of 1600 Green Hose Assembly, vacuum type - Goodyear Spiraflex 3" x 50' long with Dixon 200-E-AL fitting on one end and Dixon 200-C-AL on the other, or equivalent - All hoses must be crimped - Notable Requirements: - Firm fixed price contract - Delivery required to Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard IMF - Unrestricted procurement with small business set-aside considerations - Evaluation based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria - Equivalent products must meet or exceed the specified technical requirements

Evaluation criteria is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). PPIRS will be used to determine vendor responsibility.  Potential contractors will be screened for responsibility in accordance with FAR 9.104.
