6. Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) Local Institutional Clauses Due to delivery constraints within a secure correctional facility, the following localized Bureau of Prisons rules apply to the resulting award: BOP Local Clause: Delivery and Delivery Logistics Deliveries will be accepted at the FCC Yazoo City Warehouse between the hours of 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM local time, Monday through Friday (excluding Federal Holidays). The delivery contractor must coordinate with the institution's warehouse staff at least 48 hours prior to arrival. BOP Local Clause: Security Requirements / Vehicle Contractor Clearance The delivery truck driver and vehicle will be subject to a full search and background check upon entering institution grounds. All drivers must possess a valid State Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and a valid picture identification.
