This opportunity seeks qualified sources for window tint removal, replacement, and installation at the Contrails Dining Facility, Beale Air Force Base. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, Beale Air Force Base, Contrails Dining Facility - 9th Contracting Squadron (9 CONS PK), Air Combat Command - Products/Services Requested: - Removal of existing window film and adhesive - Installation of commercial-grade exterior window tint - Minimum 85% sunlight blockage - 99% UV rejection - Neutral or smoke-tinted appearance - Scratch-resistant coating - Privacy film capability - All work must be free of bubbles, creases, gaps, or distortions - Same-day installation and disposal required - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Minimum 5-year material warranty and 1-year workmanship warranty - Installation coordinated to avoid mission disruption - Work to be performed Monday through Friday, 07:30 AM to 7:00 PM, with at least two weeks' advance coordination - Compliance with access and security protocols - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the notice - Respondents are asked to provide company capabilities, business size, socio-economic status, and feedback on the draft Statement of Need

The 9th Contracting Squadron at Beale AFB, CA is conducting market research to identify interested and capable sources for the Removal, replacement & installation of window tint at Beale AFB dining facility.
