Description
The 97th Contracting Squadron, Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for acquisition of Trane HVAC Condenser Coils (COL27512 and COL27514) at Altus AFB, Oklahoma. Any questions shall be submitted via email to the below points of contacts by 12 August 2026 at 1630 CST. This acquisition will fall under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 334315. This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management Database (SAM) prior to submission of quotes. Offerors are further advised that failure to register in the DoD SAM prior to submission of proposal will render your firm ineligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number. Recommend registering immediately in order to be eligible for timely award.
