The FBI's Finance and Facilities Division is seeking vendors for a 5-year Blanket Purchase Agreement to supply and support an Aviation Fuel Storage and Dispensing System at Quantico, Virginia. - Government Buyer: - Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Finance and Facilities Division, Procurement Section - Products and Services Requested: - Aviation Fuel Storage and Dispensing System for 100LL aviation gasoline - Minimum 2,000-gallon capacity - Double-wall construction with leak detection - Fuel quality control features - Portable trailer with 3 axles, electric brakes, and safety features - Operator familiarization training for the system - Optional items: - Locking steel cabinet (bolted to trailer, powder coat finish) - 100Watt solar panel kit (with bracket and wiring) - Aviation pump and accessories - Unique/Notable Requirements: - System must be suitable for outdoor airfield use and portable by forklift or crane - Minimum one-year warranty required - Operator training must be provided - 5-year BPA with potential for price escalation at each ordering period - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - The FBI is interested in innovative solutions and requests capability statements from potential suppliers
