The U.S. Air Force Reserve Command is seeking Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) firms to provide Architect and Engineer (A&E) services for the 35% schematic design phase of a selective parking apron slab repair project at March Air Reserve Base, California. - Opportunity is a 100% SDVOSB set-aside under NAICS 541330 (Engineering Services) - Scope includes schematic design, geotechnical investigations, airfield pavement design, construction phasing, and DoD cost estimating - Firm-Fixed-Price contract for development of 35% design document package - Provider must furnish all personnel, services, equipment, materials, and facilities as required by the Statement of Work - Registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) is mandatory - No specific OEMs, products, or vendors are named in the notice - Performance period is 180 calendar days from contract award - Key requirements: airfield pavement expertise, geotechnical investigation, and DoD cost estimating

Description

The work performed under this contract will consist of Architect and Engineer (A&E)  services for 35% Schematic Design: Repair Parking Apron Slective Slab Replacement servies at March ARB, CA. The Service Provider shall furnish the personnel, services, equipment, materials, facilities, and other requirements necessary for, and incidental to, the performance of work identified in the Statement of Work. This acquisition will be conducted as a 100% set aside for ServiceDisabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) utilizing FAR Part 36 procedures for selection of firms for architect-engineer contracts. Interested firms may respond to the forthcoming Request for Qualifications. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541330 "Engineering Services" and Product Service Code (PSC) is C211 A-E: General. The size standard is $25.5 Million. The Request for Qualifications Package, along with a Statement of Work and associated documents will be posted on SAM.gov under Contract Opportunities: https://www.sam.gov on/or around 24 July 2026 with a tentative closing date of 7 Aug 2026. The contract performance period will be 120 days after contract award.  All Contractors wishing to do business with the Government are required to register in the System for Award Management (SAM) DoD Database prior to any subsequent award. SAM Registration may be accomplished on line at https://www.sam.gov/SAM/. Contractors are further advised that failure to register in the DoD Central Registration Database will render your firm ineligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a UEI number.
