The National Park Service, Rocky Mountain National Park, is seeking comprehensive service and support for its Automated Fee Machines (AFMs), primarily VenTek M600 kiosks, across multiple park locations. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Interior, National Park Service, Rocky Mountain National Park - OEMs and Vendors: - VenTek International (manufacturer of VenTek M600 AFMs) - Products/Services Requested: - 11 VenTek M600 AIO Core Machines (Part # 00-730-02) with wrap and 16-2130 door - Venview Software (1 unit) - Data hosting per machine (11 units) - Cellular service (10 units) - Satellite service (1 unit) - Annual software subscription fees (1 unit) - Transaction processing (11 units) - Managed services report (1 unit) - Service and support for 11 AFMs, including maintenance, technical support, hardware repairs, PCI compliance, configuration, training, and system administration - Unique or Notable Requirements: - All AFMs must support credit card payments only (no cash) - Compliance with PCI DSS, EMV chip and PIN, NFC/contactless payments, ADA, and Section 508 accessibility standards - Managed PCI compliance services, including firewall, OS hardening, antivirus, patching, access control, monitoring, vulnerability scanning, and incident reporting - Remote monitoring and detailed reporting capabilities - Service coverage includes remote trailhead sites with seasonal access - Period of Performance: - Base year plus four one-year option periods (total up to 5 years) - Quantities: - 11 AFMs and associated services per year
