Specifications are available from The Harris Center website starting July 28, 2026. A non-mandatory vendor conference will be held in person on August 6, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. Proposals must be submitted by 10:00 a.m. on August 20, 2026. The Harris Center reserves the right to reject any proposals and is not obligated to accept the lowest bid.
