The Harris Center for Mental Health and IDD is soliciting proposals for Facilities Specialty Service Providers including Electrical, Painting, Plumbing, Flooring, Door Hardware/Locksmith, Paving/Striping, Doors, Fence Installation/Repair, Restoration/Waterproofing, Roofing, HVAC, General Contractor, Environmental Services, and Event Equipment Rental. Specifications are available from The Harris Center website starting July 28, 2026. A non-mandatory vendor conference will be held in person on August 6, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. Proposals must be submitted by 10:00 a.m. on August 20, 2026. The Harris Center reserves the right to reject any proposals and is not obligated to accept the lowest bid.
