This opportunity is for the purchase and installation of new fitness bleachers at Dyess Air Force Base, Texas, managed by the U.S. Air Force, 7 CONS/PKB and Dyess Fitness Center. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 7 CONS/PKB, Dyess Air Force Base, Dyess Fitness Center - Products and Services Requested: - Four (4) new manually operated banks of bleachers - 5-row, 28-30 seats wide per bank, wall-attached, retractable to 3'6" - ADA compliant to IBC 2015 code, with end covers, intermediate steps, self-storing aisle - Durable, waterproof, and microbial-resistant material in Air Force blue and gray - Includes operational testing, three-year warranty, and user training within 24 hours of installation - Powered telescopic seating system with integral power supply and control (as an option in technical drawings) - Total seating: 210 gross seats, 166 net seats - Demolition, removal, and disposal of existing bleachers - Installation of new bleachers, including all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, and materials - Operational testing and user training - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Contractor must provide technical specifications and a written technical approach with the quote - All work must comply with manufacturer standards, applicable US laws, and commercial practices - Bleachers must be ADA compliant and match Air Force colors - Delivery required within 60 days after award (not to exceed 90 days) - Three-year warranty from date of government acceptance - User training required within 24 hours of installation - Quotes must remain valid through the end of September; funding is not currently available - No specific OEMs or brands are named; offerors may propose suitable commercial institutional bleacher manufacturers

Description

Dyess AFB has a requirement to purchase and install bleachers at the base fitness center. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials and any other items necessary to demolish, remove and dispose of existing bleachers and to install two (2) banks of bleachers along each side of the gymnasium wall. (Total of four (4) banks of bleachers. Replacing 1 for 1 swap in accordance with the statement of work, any attached appendices, manufacturer standards, applicable US laws, commercial standards and business practices.

Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. All the quotes must be valid through 30 Sep 2026.

QUOTE SUBMISSION INFORMATION: E-mail is the required method for offer submission. The Contracting Specialist or Officer will send a confirmation email once your quote is received. If you do not receive a confirmation email, the Government did not receive your quote. Your offer shall include but is not limited to the following: 1. Complete (must be signed) Page 2 of RFQ (or contractor equivalent*) 2. The Contractor shall provide specifications for quoted bleachers. 3. The Contractor shall provide a technical approach with their quote (see attached SOW for more details) * The offeror is not required to use Page 2 of this RFQ; however, if you choose not to use it, all of the information on Page 2 must be included in your offer.
