Description
1.This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12, Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Certain Commercial Items as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement will be evaluated using the comparative evaluation process outlined in FAR part 12, where quotations will be compared to one another to determine which provides the best benefit to the Government. 2. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is 36C25626Q1075. 3. Site Visit: The Government will host a site visit on August 4, 2026 (Tuesday). Offerors are strongly encouraged to attend to familiarize themselves with local conditions that may affect performance and pricing. Site visit is for all interested offerors prior to quotation submission. This ensures all vendors can assess ceiling structure, med gas routing, conduit pathways, lighting locations, network connections, and integration requirements. Attendance is not required to submitting a quotation. The Government will post a written summary of questions and answers (Q&A) and any clarifying information resulting from the site visit for all prospective offerors. Offerors are responsible for satisfying themselves regarding site conditions and constraints. Failure to inspect the site will not constitute grounds for a claim after award.
