Description

St. Lawrence County is soliciting proposals for its First Mile Last Mile (FMLM) service, which involves working with the County's bus operator to connect Public Transit passengers to the County's bus system using volunteer drivers. The service allows passengers to schedule rides 48 hours in advance if their pick up or drop off location is more than 3/4 of a mile from a bus stop.
